How does sizing work?

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary according to your location, approximate delivery times are estimated as 4-8 days to United States from dispatch, and 3-6 weeks to the rest of the world from dispatch. We do have processing time of 3-6 days before shipping products.

How do I cancel an order? 

Please email us to cancel or change any items on your order. Please note, if your items have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or change the order as it is en route to your location.

How are customs and duties calculated? 

All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. Refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid taxes or duties.
